A Dark Forest

A dark forest on hollows eve.
Wolves howl lightning flashes.
Vampires taunt ghost roam.
People fear the monsters of the dark.
The moon shines bright for the return of SLENDERMAN.
He decends from the underworld..
To tickle you.
Yet he smiles and has no face.

I'm not sure if you realize it, but you have used a sophisticated literary technique called paradox. It is when you state something that seems contradictory, or impossible, but if you really think about it, it reveals some kind of message. I interpret what you said to mean the joy he feels when he reaches out and tickles cannot be seen, but you can sense it in other, mysterious, ways.
